Apartments and suites

The spacious "Aquamarin" wellness and spa area offers the following services free of charge:

• Indoor swimming pool (5x8 m) with counter-current system, 29/30°C
• Outdoor pool (seasonally heated) with a beautiful terrace and sun loungers
• Jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor)
• Try the Finnish sauna, the herbal steam bath and the aromatic bath
• Ice fountain and sensory showers, Kneipp pool, relaxation area
• “Luis Trenker” infrared cabin with soothing heat rays
• Fitness and cardio room
• Sunny lawn

Also included:

• Bed linen and comfortable bathrobes (changed weekly)
• Bath and spa towels are changed every 2 days on request
• Comfortable flip-flops
• Final clean and mid-stay clean (weekly)
• Underground parking space
• Table tennis table, children's playground
• Free internet access (fibre optic)
• Nespresso capsule coffee machine
  

The prices shown are per apartment per night. The local tourist tax for guests aged 14 and over is not included in the price and will be charged separately on site.

Prices are based on a flexible system. They may vary depending on the time of year, the length of stay and availability. Prices are per day for 2 people (apartment types A to F) or for 4 people (apartment types G, H and I) and do not include meals.

Discounts and supplements

Supplement for additional guests:

•  0-3 years: children up to 3 years old stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents’ bed. On request, a cot can be added at a cost of €12 per day.
• Ages 4 to 15: €27 per day.
• From 16 years: for each additional person aged 16 or over, we charge €33 per day.

Buffet breakfast

• Free for children up to 3 years old.
• Children aged 4 to 15: €12 per day or €70 per week.
• Ages 16 and over: €16 per day or €98 per week

Cleaning

• Final clean and mid-stay clean (weekly) included.
• Every other day, we take care of the towels and rubbish in your apartment.
• Daily cleaning service for €15 (apartments A–F) or €25 (apartments G, H and I).

Pets

• Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement only. We charge a supplement of €16 per day (food not included). If final cleaning is required, a supplement of €25 will be charged. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, communal areas or on the lawn.

E-Bike hire

• Every year we make four brand-new electric bikes available for hire. Prices start from €25 for half a day (from 13:00) and €38 for a full day.

Payments

• You can pay your bill in cash, by debit card or by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners).

Tourist tax

• The tourist tax is €3.40 per person per night and is not included in the accommodation price (children under 14 are exempt)!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005): You can pay for your stay by debit card, credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club) or in cash.

Under the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal; however, we offer the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy pursuant to Article 1382 Art.

• If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know well in advance!
• No additional cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations made after this period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the price of the booked accommodation, as follows:

• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed price for the accommodation (excluding meals).
• Cancellation between 14 and 5 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed price for the accommodation (excluding meals).
  
• Cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed amount for the stay (excluding any meals) will be charged.
  
• Cancellation must be made by means of a unilateral written declaration and must be received by the accommodation provider no later than the specified deadlines prior to the agreed arrival date of the guest(s).
  
• If the booked apartments are not occupied for the agreed period without prior notice of cancellation, the guest or the person who made the booking is required to pay 100% of the agreed price for the accommodation (excluding meals).
  
• If not all booked beds are occupied or if the booking is cancelled, the percentage applies only to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
